Årets første julekort!

MagnoliaDownUnder #19

I recently found this Magnolia challenge blog and finally decided to make my first enter. This time the challenge is to make a winterly card, so I had to rediscover my christmas-stamps from a box on the top-shelf... We are in the middle/end of summer here in Norway and I am still waiting for my new summer-stamps from Magnolia, so I haven't got that all winterly feeling yet, but here is my card:

I bought this stamp last year, but this is the first time I'm using it. I have painted with distress inks as usual, both images are from Magnolia. Papers are MelissaFrances (Ibelieve) and I have also used a page from an old book. Flowers from Prima. Letters, and snowcrystals cut with QK and the pine branches cut with McGill. All edges are distressed and I have used a frame-stamp from Prima BuildAFrame to frame the image (lots of 'frames' there... l.o.l.).

OMG your creation is simply gorgeous. Love your colouring and the colours of your card. It is always hard to feel in the Winter mood when it is warm where you are but here in Oz it is freezing. Thanks for joining us at MDUC.
